Alerion Estate Management is run by Catherine and Stuart Smith, who started their private service careers managing private residences on the island of St. John, USVI.
After relocating to their home state of North Carolina, Catherine and Stuart brought their expertise to the High Country, offering bespoke property management services to discerning homeowners. Their mission was clear: to provide clients with peace of mind while enhancing their overall homeownership experience.
Today, Alerion provides comprehensive fractional estate management services for 30+ homes and estates in North Carolina, as well as holistic private consulting for clients across the country.

On-site setup
The team from Alerion Estate Management will travel to your property and tailor your Nines account to your unique needs and priorities. On-site setup takes 2-3 days, and gives you a solid foundation for managing your zones and assets in Nines.
Remote data entry
Next, the Alerion team will continue to build out relevant tasks, lists and more from afar. They'll coordinate with your on-site team to enrich the account and ensure everyone has the training they need to transition smoothly to Nines.
