This workshop is designed for estate managers, private service professionals, and homeowners who want to master spring changeover and develop an organized process to prepare a property for the summer season.

Format: Both workshops are 60-90 minutes, with live instruction and Q&A. All registrants will also receive access to the on-demand recording as well as relevant templates and worksheets.

Opening properties
No matter where you’re managing properties, it’s important to know how to transition a property between seasons and navigate the changeover from the offseason and the high season. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to shut down winter systems and start up systems used in the summer.

Meet your instructor
Shelby Boudreau is a seasoned estate manager with two decades of experience managing luxury properties and growing estates. In this course, she’ll draw from her own experience scaling a 16–property estate, and share her own tried and true methods for managing household operations.
