Whether you’re managing a few properties or a few dozen, our flexible tools bring ease and efficiency to your household and property operations. And with our team of estate management experts by your side, you’ll have support whenever you need it, from answering simple questions to hands-on guidance setting up your digital household manual.
Select the membership that best fits your situation. All Nines memberships are based on a 12-month pre-paid commitment and come with a one-time onboarding fee. Get a refund within the first 14 days if your experience is not as expected. Contact us if you want to discuss specific needs for custom memberships, including a large firm buying licenses for their clients, self-hosted configuration for your own environment or fractional estate and property management companies managing client properties.
Prices do not include sales tax. Tax may apply depending on your billing location and will be calculated at checkout.

No, Nines does not offer a free trial. You can schedule a demo to see the platform in action which is very straightforward and intuitive. We can discuss your situation and consult on the approach how to use Nines and will be transparent if Nines is not a good fit.
No, Nines does not offer a monthly membership. Household management is a commitment, and we will ensure to help you get started on the right track, but this requires time to see the results. This is why we have annual memberships. We have a proven approach that has worked with other clients and look forward to getting you started as well. If Nines is not as you had expected, or is not working after we helped you set up through onboarding, you can request a refund within the first 14 days.
Nines is built with security first, and backed by AWS' highest available security standards. All your data, including backups, is encrypted at rest and over the wire. We protect and isolate any sensitive data, such as personally identifying information, and adhere to all data governance restrictions.
Our leaders in infrastructure, security and engineering have experience in finance, hospitals, and e-commerce, where data standards and security have the strictest requirements, and have implemented the same security elements at Nines.
And, we offer multi-factor authentication that requires anyone logging into your account to enter a uniquely generated code in addition to a username and password.

You can change your plan at any time. Just reach out to us and we can adjust this for you. You also have access to your own billing portal where you can see an overview of your plan and invoices as well as can update your billing information.
If Nines is not as you had expected, or is not working after we helped you set up through onboarding, you can request a refund within the first 14 days. After that we do not offer refunds. If you cancel prior to your next billing cycle, you will retain access to your account until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to your Nines account.
An Unlimited membership supports up to 100 properties. “Unlimited” means there is no per-property pricing or need to upgrade as properties are added within this limit. We set a 100-property cap because portfolios of that size typically require a more tailored setup, onboarding, and support. If you manage more than 100 properties, please contact us to discuss your needs.
