No, Nines does not offer a free trial. You can schedule a demo to see the platform in action which is very straightforward and intuitive. We can discuss your situation and consult on the approach how to use Nines and will be transparent if Nines is not a good fit.
No, Nines does not offer a monthly membership. Household management is a commitment, and we will ensure to help you get started on the right track, but this requires time to see the results. This is why we have annual memberships. We have a proven approach that has worked with other clients and look forward to getting you started as well. If Nines is not as you had expected, or is not working after we helped you set up through onboarding, you can request a refund within the first 14 days.
Nines is built with security first, and backed by Microsoft’s highest available security standards. All your data, including backups, is encrypted at rest and over the wire. We protect and isolate any sensitive data, such as personally identifying information, and adhere to all data governance restrictions.
Our leaders in infrastructure, security and engineering came from Walmart, where data standards and security have the strictest requirements, and have implemented the same security elements at Nines.
And, we offer multi-factor authentication that requires anyone logging into your account to enter a uniquely generated code in addition to a username and password.

If Nines is not as you had expected, or is not working after we helped you set up through onboarding, you can request a refund within the first 14 days. After that we do not offer refunds. If you cancel prior to your next billing cycle, you will retain access to your account until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to your Nines account.
