Leo started his career in New York City working on projects all over the world for a large construction consultancy firm. Years later, he felt a pull to move out west, where worked for a developer, then co-founded an engineering consultancy company called Energy One, growing the business to over 230 people.

A year and a half ago, he decided to step away and start his next chapter as an owner’s rep, managing projects all over the world from his home base in Bozeman, Montana.
